PLAY/PRACTICE CANCELLATIONS
Reservations at CRSwingroom will be secured by the booker providing credit/debit card details. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance CRSwingroom will charge the full cost of the simulator hire to the customer’s credit/debit card by way of a cancellation fee. Play/Practice bookings cancelled further in advance than 24 hours will incur no fee.
GOLF LESSONS
Golf Lessons that are purchased individually or as part of a package will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time it is at the Golf Pros discretion as to whether to extend the validity of any unused lessons.
Membership
The Membership scheme is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has signed up to the membership scheme. Members of the scheme will be able to use CRSwingroom simulator for no additional charge before 6pm, Monday to Friday subject to availability.
Each member will be entitled to book in advance a maximum 1 hour per day.
Free simulator use is available exclusively for members of the membership scheme. Any bookings that are made under this scheme can be cancelled by the member up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance a black mark will be made against your membership. If you receive 3 black marks against your membership will withdraw your membership from the scheme without refund. CRSwingroom reserves the right to end, without prior notice, the membership scheme with appropriate refund of any membership fees.
CRSwingroom reserves the right to change the price of membership, for those who haven’t already signed up for 1 year, at any time. Refunds of memberships withdrawn by CRSwingroom will be made on a pro rata basis. If a member wishes to cancel their membership CRSwingroom will require a minimum of 1 months’ notice. Members will need to provide appropriate identification to benefit from any discount. It is at the manager’s discretion as to what is deemed appropriate identification.

WAIVER & CONSENT
By agreeing with the terms & conditions set out by CRSwingroom , you agree that you do not suffer from any illnesses/injuries/allergies/medical conditions.
You also agree that you are not currently on any medication.
If you do suffer from any illnesses/injuries/allergies/medical conditions, or if you are currently on medication, you agree to let us know by emailing Kazlheywood@btinternet.com along with your order number so we can make any necessary arrangements prior to your arrival for your booking.
You consent to take part in activities at CRSwingroom. In providing your consent you declare that you understand that CRSwingroom takes all appropriate precautions to prevent accidents but Golfing activities by their very nature are not completely risk free – for example being hit by a golf ball or a club accidentally.
You the customer of CRSwingroom will take all steps to avoid accidents or damage to our property – for example any practice swings must take place within the simulator area. Anything that CRSwingroom deems as reckless behaviour that leads to damage by the customer will be charged to the customer.
You confirm that you have understand these terms, and that you are sufficiently physically fit and healthy to take part in Golfing
activities.
You consent that in the event of any illness/accident that any treatment can be administered to you.
You also agree to follow any safety rules set out by CRSwingroom for your own safety.
You are responsible for any under 16s in your party and you give them consent to take part in any Golfing activities at CRSwingroom
